Claudemir Oliveira, PhD, is the founder and president of “Seeds of Dreams Institute”, and has extensive experience in the corporate world. In his career in sales, marketing and training, in companies like American Airlines, United Airlines and Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, he has reached over 500.000 people from all over the world with a positive message.
He started up the Disney Brazilian office back in 1995 and in 2000 was promoted and transfered to USA to lead global strategy in training for travel industry professionals. During these years, Claudemir had the privilege and honor to teach at Disney University famous “Traditions” classes, and as a guest speaker at Disney Institute professional programs.

Claudemir has lifetime membership within Harvard Medical School Postgraduate Association, and received, in Brazil, a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, and two master’s degree (Marketing, Communication). In The United States, he received a Master’s of Science (Stetson University) in Individual, Couples, Marriage and Family Therapy, and has a PhD (Barry University-FCU) in the same field, with focus on Positive Psychology.
Claudemir has published articles in Portuguese, English and Spanish. He is the story author of the award winning short Once Not Far From Home, a movie produced by Starsnorth. Erik Per Sullivan (Malcolm in the Middle, Unfaithful) and Skye McCole Bartusiak (The Cider House Rules, Patriot, Don’t Say a Word) star in this dramatic story about a curious little boy, a beautiful young girl and a mysterious old house that holds the secret of their love and fate.
